During the Incineration of Corrosive Chemicals / Thermal Destruction of Halogenated chemicals, high temperature gases containing HCl, HF & HBr are generated.
Corrox Remedies offers Graphite Quench Systems to handle such high temperature gases. These gases come in direct contact with scrubbing liquid (mostly Water) to scrub the corrosive gases and lower its temperature. Based on the applications (temperature & Composition of Gases), different type of Quench Systems can be manufactured & supplied. Equipment consists of higher dia Graphite tubes or Graphite Venturi type Quencher Columns followed by packed bed saturator.
